  • Cookies & Tracking: for analytics, session management, performance enhancement.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process bookings, edits, payments, confirmations, reminders, and account management.
  • To enhance user experience, performance reviews, and site improvements with analytics.
  • To safeguard the platform, prevent fraud, and enforce terms of use.
  • To respond to your requests, inquiries, cancellation/refund concerns, or account deletion.

3. Booking & Account Features

Through Amelia Booking integration, you can:

  • Choose services and creators, or allow us to assign automatically based on availability.
  • Cancel, reschedule, or edit bookings per chosen plan settings.
  • Access your personal dashboard, reviews, and history.
  • Delete your account; upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

4. Payment Gateway

We use trusted payment providers to securely process transactions. We do not collect or store full payment card details; instead we keep encrypted tokens to process refunds or future payments. All transactions are PCI‑DSS compliant.

5. How We Protect Your Data

  • Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS and at rest with strong encryption.
  • Only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data.
  • Regular security audits and automatic updates keep our systems secure.
  • Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery or legal compliance, then securely deleted.

  • Amelia Booking (appointment scheduling);
  • Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics);
  • Payment gateway providers.
Each follows their own privacy terms; we ensure they are reputable and compliant.
